The Industry On-Ramp infrastructure

The Industry On-Ramp infrastructure

QSECDEF provides the on-ramp infrastructure for your internal teams, consulting partners, technical engineering teams, interconnect partners, channels, governance functions, and supply chain — across the conversation on Quantum.

We focus on three product areas: Quantum Cybersecurity, Quantum Secure Communications, and Sovereign Integrated Quantum Compute.

We work across the sectors where quantum exposure carries the highest consequence:

Defence

Sovereign quantum capability, cryptographic resilience, supply chain assurance

Banking and Financial Services

DORA cryptographic resilience, payment system migration, board risk reporting

Payments Infrastructure

SwiftNet 8, CHIPS, FedNow, instant payment system cryptographic dependencies

Energy and Utilities

OT/IT convergence, smart grid, SCADA migration, regulatory deadlines

Telecommunications

5G/6G security, network operator quantum readiness, NIS2 obligations

Healthcare

Genomic data protection, medical device security, GDPR-quantum overlap

Government and Public Sector

National quantum strategies, sovereign capability, citizen data resilience

Space

Satellite cryptographic systems, ground segment, LEO/GEO communication security

Why Industry membership

Industry membership benefits in full

Why QSECDEF is the conversation

The neutral convener.

QSECDEF is not a vendor and not a single-vendor consortium. We are the neutral practitioner network where vendors, end users, ecosystems, regulators, and researchers meet without commercial agenda. That neutrality is the reason the conversation happens here.

International by structure.

1,200+ professional members across 40 countries; Expert Members from defence, telecoms, space, financial services, and government infrastructure. The conversations cross borders because the supply chains and the threat models do.

Practitioner-driven, not market-research-driven.

Our editorial, briefings, and event programming are built from the people running active quantum migration programmes. Not analysts writing about what they think organisations might do.

How Industry membership differs from individual or team membership

Configured engagement, not catalogue access.

Individual, professional, consultant and team memberships are catalogue-based — you get the platform and consume what is relevant. Industry membership is configured: we build the engagement around your specific programme, sector, regulatory exposure, or vendor partnership strategy.

Direct relationship management.

Every Industry member has a named relationship lead at QSECDEF coordinating across your team, the editorial calendar, event scheduling, and ecosystem introductions. One conversation, all the threads.

Off-platform engagement.

Where individual and team memberships use the QSECDEF platform as the primary touchpoint, Industry membership extends into closed briefings, in-person events, structured introductions, and joint content production — most of which happen outside the public platform.

The engagement is shaped around your programme

What every Industry engagement includes as a baseline

  • Named relationship lead at QSECDEF across your entire programme
  • Access to the full practitioner network and Expert member directory
  • Editorial calendar integration for content and thought leadership
  • Event and webinar scheduling within the QSECDEF programme
  • Closed briefing access and structured ecosystem introductions
  • Sector-specific quantum intelligence and regulatory digest
  • Scope, deliverables, cadence, and commercial structure configured to your organisation

Common questions

Before you get started

Why is Industry membership by invitation only?

Industry engagements are bespoke. The scope, deliverables, cadence, and commercial structure are configured to your organisation's role in the quantum ecosystem. A scoping call is how we learn what good looks like for your team — there is no off-the-shelf bundle that maps to it.

How long does the conversation typically take from first call to engagement live?

Most Industry engagements move from first scoping call to live engagement in 3 to 8 weeks. Vendor and ecosystem routes are usually faster (existing programme integration). End-user Industry On-Ramp engagements take longer because they involve mapping across multiple internal stakeholders.

Do you sign NDAs and bespoke commercial agreements?

Yes. Every Industry engagement runs under signed commercial terms tailored to the scope, including NDA, IP, data handling, and exit clauses. Standard frameworks available on request.

Can we white-label QSECDEF content for our own channels?

Vendor and Ecosystem Partnership tiers include co-branded and white-label content arrangements where the editorial integrity and the QSECDEF neutrality test are preserved. We will not produce vendor marketing copy under the QSECDEF byline.

How is Industry membership different from Sponsorship or Advisory engagement?

Sponsorship is transactional — buying placement at a specific event or in a specific publication. Advisory is an external services engagement — we deliver a defined piece of work. Industry membership is a continuous relationship in which sponsorship, advisory, content production, ecosystem connections, and event participation are all configured against a single annual programme.
