An evening in London

We look forward to welcoming you to London for an early evening of quantum innovation, intellectual property insights and meaningful connections over drinks and canapés.

Who it is for

For founders, innovation teams, researchers, corporate innovators and investors.

Quantum startup founders

Decide what to patent, what to keep secret and when to file, before an investor asks.

Quantum innovation and R&D teams

Learn how to protect inventions that begin in the lab and still have to survive a business case.

Investors and advisers

Hear what a credible quantum IP position looks like before you back a venture or advise one.

Security and technology leaders

See how protecting quantum technology and defending against quantum threats connect, and what that means for your plans.

What you will take away

  • Practical IP strategy for quantum inventions: patents, trade secrets and the timing of each.
  • What investors and partners look for in a quantum company's IP position.
  • Why protecting quantum technology and defending against the quantum threat belong in the same conversation.
  • Time to talk with founders, patent attorneys and security peers over drinks.

Why Keltie and QSECDEF

Keltie logo×QSECDEF

Keltie's speakers are patent attorneys with quantum backgrounds, so the conversation starts from the technology itself. QSECDEF is a professional community for quantum security. Together they cover both halves of the question: how to protect what you build, and how to keep it safe.
