About Quantum Rings

Quantum Rings is on a mission to democratise quantum computing. Useful quantum computers are coming, but the hardware is still noisy, slow and expensive. The company bridges that gap with large-scale simulation on hardware you already own and a one-line path to real quantum processors when you need them.

The simulator runs circuits of hundreds of qubits and millions of operations with high fidelity on a laptop or workstation, working with Qiskit, CUDA-Q and plain Python on Linux, macOS and Windows. It is free for non-commercial use. Open Quantum adds QPUs from IonQ, IQM, Rigetti and AQT through a single API, and Quantum 101 is a free 14-lesson course.

Based in Boulder, Colorado, the team has published research simulating Google's Sycamore quantum supremacy circuits on accessible hardware. The platform is used by researchers and developers at more than 250 universities and hundreds of organisations, with over 15 million circuits executed and 8,000 users.
