About Arise Innovations
Arise Innovations is the independent practice of Maria Ksenia Witte, a scientist and commercialisation expert based in Berlin and working worldwide. She helps institutions and science-based ventures decide what to fund, change or stop by connecting technical evidence, commercial reality and capital requirements. A focused decision review takes two to three weeks.
Her work spans more than 13 years, over 250 cases and 25 or more programmes and ecosystems, with over 100 million euros in allocation exposure. Before founding the practice she worked inside Volkswagen, SGS, Berlin-Chemie Menarini, nanoPET Pharma, AudioCure Pharma, Eurofins and ifp, across laboratory research, industrial R&D, technology transfer and industrialisation.
QUATISE is the proprietary methodology behind the work. It examines how factors usually assessed in silos affect one another, identifies what is limiting progress and turns complex evidence into a decision the client can act on. The research behind it was formally recognised as applied R&D in Germany under OECD Frascati criteria.
